EVALUATION OF TEACHER READINESS USING THE CIPP MODEL IN LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE LEARNING

چکیده

This study is to describe the readiness of teachers in Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT) during COVID-19 pandemic 2021 academic year. motivated by importance teacher dealing with Covid-19 pandemic, namely implementing (PTMT). teaching and learning process. uses a method qualitative approach type evaluation research using CIPP model. The subjects this were two PAI subject Budi Pekerti. results indicate that viewed from four components model as follows; 1) context component planning downloads lesson plans syllabus internet. objectives are not formulated based on ABCD formula. activities follow internet there no assessment plans. LKPD multiple choice daily test sheets. Instructional media blackboard 2) input terms methods lectures, questions answers assignments. material aspect taken student book. 3) process process, several have been carried out, such preliminary does convey objectives, core many steps out closing conduct an assessment. 4) product outcomes seen affective, cognitive psychomotor aspects.
